Floor coating services

Concrete floor coatings only: residential and commercial.

What we do

Garage floor coating

A flake floor system for home garages: diamond-ground prep, an epoxy base coat, a decorative flake broadcast and a polyaspartic topcoat.

Shop and metal building floor coating

The same flake system for shops and metal building floors, with diamond-grind prep.

Commercial floor coating

Concrete floor coatings for warehouses, retail spaces, offices and shops. Scope is set after we see the slab.

Commercial projects are quoted individually.

Metallic 3D epoxy

A metallic-pigment epoxy floor with a marbled, swirled look that gives it 3D depth, so every floor is unique. It gets the same diamond-grind prep and is sealed with a clear topcoat. For homes and businesses: garages, showrooms, basements, shops and offices.

Patio and outdoor slab coating

Coatings for patios and other outdoor concrete slabs. We'll recommend a system after we see the slab.

Diamond grinding surface prep

Mechanical diamond grinding to open up and clean the concrete before coating (a CSP 2–3 profile), so the coating can bond.

Concrete crack and joint repair

Repair of cracks and joints in the slab as part of the coating job.

Existing coating removal and recoat

Removing an old or failing coating and installing a new floor coating system. Removal is quoted as a separate line so you can see the cost.

How a job goes

  1. Look at the slab. We assess the concrete's condition, existing coatings, cracks and moisture.
  2. Diamond grind. Grinding to a CSP 2–3 profile, with HEPA dust collection.
  3. Repair. Cracks and joints are filled and repaired.
  4. Coat. Epoxy base coat, flake broadcast, then a polyaspartic topcoat.

Cure and return-to-service times are covered in your quote.

Pricing

No price list here: every floor is different, so every floor gets its own free estimate. If your floor already has a failing coating, removing it is quoted as a separate add-on so you can see the cost.

Free estimates. Every floor is quoted individually, after we see the slab.

  • The size of the floor
  • The slab's condition, from new to heavily worn
  • Any old coating that has to come off, listed as a separate line

No surprise extras: anything beyond the base job is listed separately on your quote.

Frequently asked questions

What floors do you coat?

Concrete floors only: residential garages, shops, patios and outdoor slabs, metal building floors, and commercial spaces like warehouses, retail spaces and offices. Floor coatings are the only thing we do.

What system do you install?

For garages, shops and commercial floors, a hybrid flake system: an epoxy base coat, a broadcast of decorative flake, and a polyaspartic topcoat, over diamond-ground concrete.

Why do you grind the concrete?

Diamond grinding opens up and cleans the concrete surface so the coating can bond. We also repair cracks and joints as part of the job.

How do you price a job?

By the size of the floor and its condition (new, minor, moderate or major wear, or an old coating that has to come off). We look at the slab before we quote, and estimates are free.

What areas do you serve?

Greater Houston and surrounding areas. Call or text (936) 283-1800 to check your location.
